What is the difference between Ceremonial Grade and Culinary Grade matcha?

Ceremonial Grade is our highest quality, intended to be enjoyed on its own as a beverage. It has a smoother, more complex flavor profile with superior umami and sweetness. Culinary Grade is a lower quality matcha designed specifically for blending, baking, and cooking.

Where is your matcha sourced from?

We partner directly with multi-generational farms in the Uji and Kagoshima region of Kyoto, Japan, renowned for producing the world's finest matcha. This ensures not only superior quality but also ethical and sustainable farming practices.

How should I store my matcha, and what is its shelf life?

To protect its vibrant color and delicate flavor, store your matcha in a cool, dark, and dry place. After opening, keep it sealed in its airtight bag and consider refrigerating it for maximum freshness. For the best experience, we recommend consuming it within 1 month of opening.

How long does shipping usually take?

For orders within Singapore, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and delivery. International orders typically take 7-10 business days, depending on the destination and customs. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened matcha. However, if your order arrives damaged or there was an error in your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will be happy to make it right.
